This website, harewood.ai, is operated by Harewood Digital Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 11896620, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, and its home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Harewood Digital Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@harewood.ai.
What we collect and why
Contact and booking details. When you send a message or request a consultation we collect your name, email address, company name and anything you write in the message. We use this to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you have asked for. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Checklist downloads. If you request the AI readiness checklist we collect your email address so we can follow it up with relevant material. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Analytics. With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used, hosted in the EU. No analytics run unless you choose "Allow analytics" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: our hosting provider (DigitalOcean), our email delivery provider (Resend) for sending and receiving enquiry emails, and, where you request a booking, our scheduling provider. Each acts as a processor on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which they are deleted. Checklist signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@harewood.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies unless you consent to analytics, in which case PostHog sets cookies to distinguish visits. A single item is stored in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. That is all.
Visitors outside the UK
If you contact us from outside the UK, including the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf region, your data is processed in the UK and EU under the safeguards described above.
